This week’s special is a new creation inspired from a suggestion of our favourite local Geigenbaumeister π»
Flammkuchen! (with a Neapolitan twist) π€―
Our Flammkuchen inspired pizza uses our hand stretched Neapolitan base rather than the traditional unleavened base of an authentic Flammkuchen. We think we’ve nailed the flavours though to create a delicious cultural fuzion of flavour!
Starting with our hand stretched Neapolitan base, it’s topped with a Flammkuchen white sauce, then topped with Sauteed Onion & Fried Bacon, Woodfired, then finished with fresh Spring Onion! π
We’ve had a tasty time creating this suggestion & look forward to sharing it with everyone! (and maybe watch out for a vegetarisch take on our fuzion Flammkuchen next week π€«)
