Butter Mushroom🍄
We usually run the popular non-vege version of this one first, then follow it up with the vege variation. However we’re due for a vegetarian special, so this week we’re bumping the mushroom version to the front of the queue 🍄🙌
Starting with the Butter Sauce base it’s then topped with sliced Mushroom, Red Onion & Capsicum, cooked in the woodfire, then finished with fresh Spring Onion & Yogurt! 🍕🍄🔥
