After recent experiments with the team, I said we wouldn’t run this delicious creation due to the excessive prep time involved…. But I couldn’t resist it’s sweet allure 😋

The Maple Candied Bacon is the star of the show, with fresh Chilli adding some spice, while the Spring Onion adds texture & tang. Then of course it’s all finished with a drizzle of Maple Syrup! It’s just the type of sweet & savory that’s hard (for me) to resist 🤩
And after that, if your sweet tooth still needs more, then it’s hard to say no to a sneaky Tiramisu 😋🍨
