Dried Fig, Prosciutto, Fior di Latte & Thyme & on an Olive Oil Base and finished with Parmesan
The cooked Prosciutto delivers a different taste to our regular Prosciutto while the Dried Fig & Thyme adds a balance of sweet & savoury. It’s then sprinkled with a little Parmesan post cooking to add a little extra bite!
We’re excited to be adding another new special to the rotation and sure this one will be one to savour.
