Butter Mushroom again!
And again we’re backing up the Butter Chicken special with its ever popular Vegetarian variation: Butter Mushroom! 🍕🍄🔥
Starting with the Butter Sauce base it’s then topped with sliced Mushroom, Red Onion & Capsicum, cooked in the woodfire, then finished with fresh Spring Onion & Yogurt!
The Spring Onion adds some tasty crunch but we should have some fresh coriander available so feel free to ask 🙂
